Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as well as cash and check (valid ID must be provided to pay by check). Net 30 terms are available if a credit card is provided as a backup. If payment is not received within terms, we reserve the right to charge your backup credit card to fulfill payment.

Large Quantity Pricing

If you would like us to quote a large quantity order, please contact us directly. We are always happy to provide you with our best large quantity pricing.

Returns

> Damaged Goods

Please carefully examine all of the packages delivered to you. If the shipper has damaged the merchandise, please contact us immediately. Be sure to save all of the packing materials.

> Restocking Fee

For standard stock items we will not charge a restocking fee. Special orders (items not commonly stocked) will be subject to a 30% restock fee.

> Return Policy

If returning commonly stocked items and they are in “factory fresh” condition (Unused, undamaged), you may return them in their original boxes within 30 days from the date of their purchase. (We cannot accept any returned item without the original packaging)

Before any merchandise can be returned you must contact us.

Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is defective, we will repair or replace it and send to you at our cost. We stand behind our products 100%

Non-Sufficient Funds

A charge of $25.00 will be assessed on each check returned by the bank because of “Non-Sufficient Funds” (NSF).

Sales Tax

If you're located in Georgia, the appropriate county sales tax will be added to your order.

If your company has a Georgia Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate, please fax the completed certificate to (404) 524-5535 or email to us at Info@lightinglady.com.

All orders placed outside of Georgia will not incur sales tax.

Shipping

> Cost of Shipping

Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted by your sales person. Large quantity orders can be shipped freight free if they meet certain requirements (Depends on type of item, manufacturer, availability, etc.)

> Rapid Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours so that you will receive them within 3-5 business days. If you would like to receive your order faster, be sure to indicate this to us before your order is shipped out. Orders in the Atlanta Market Center and the surrounding area are usually delivered the same day.

Unique Product Requests

If you have a product in mind, but can't find it through our vendor links area under Products, please contact us. We can source products from vendors not linked under our Products page, as well as we have sources that can custom-build items for you.
